NGAOS — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: 5 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ngaos website at https://www.ngaosbook.web.id/ (the “Website”), the Ngaos App (the “App”), and related products, content, services, and features provided under the Ngaos brand (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Website, creating an account, using the App, placing an order, purchasing digital content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Ngaos
Ngaos provides thoughtfully created products and digital experiences intended to support learning, reflection, remembrance, and personal growth. Our Services may include physical products sold through the Website, Islamic audiobooks made available through the App, original Tadabbur Ngaos articles, account features, bookmarks, listening progress, promotions, and related services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Some App features require a Ngaos account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse another person’s account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact Ngaos support as soon as possible.
If you are a minor under applicable law, you should use the Services only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
3. Website Orders and Physical Products
Physical products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Product photographs, colors, dimensions, packaging, and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor differences may occur.
Prices, shipping fees, taxes, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time. The total amount payable will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for physical products are governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy published on the Website.
4. Ngaos App and Digital Content
The App may provide free and paid digital content, including Islamic audiobooks and Tadabbur Ngaos articles.
A purchase of an audiobook does not transfer ownership of the underlying book, narration, recording, copyright, or other intellectual property. A successful purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and listen to the purchased audiobook through your Ngaos account, subject to these Terms.
Unless Ngaos expressly allows otherwise, you may not:
- copy, extract, record, download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, or share paid audiobook files;
- share account access for the purpose of giving another person access to paid content;
- bypass technical access controls, private storage, entitlement checks, payment controls, or other security measures;
- reverse engineer or misuse the App or Services in a way that interferes with their normal operation; or
- use Ngaos content for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. Audiobook Rights and Third-Party Works
Some audiobooks offered by Ngaos may be based on books or works owned by authors, publishers, or other rights holders. Ngaos intends to make such content available only where the relevant rights or permissions have been obtained.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Purchasing access through Ngaos does not grant you any rights beyond the personal listening access expressly described in these Terms.
6. Tadabbur Ngaos
Tadabbur Ngaos articles are original reflective and educational content provided for personal learning and reflection. Unless otherwise stated, access to Tadabbur Ngaos may be offered free of charge.
Tadabbur content is not intended to replace qualified scholarly, religious, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Users are encouraged to consult appropriate qualified sources when guidance on a specific matter is needed.
7. Payments
For the initial Website-distributed Android beta, eligible digital purchases may be processed through Midtrans or another payment provider selected by Ngaos. The payment provider may present available payment methods and will process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Ngaos does not intentionally store your complete payment card number, CVV, banking password, or other full payment credentials handled directly by the payment provider.
An order is considered successfully paid only when the transaction is confirmed by the payment system and recorded by Ngaos. A pending, failed, expired, cancelled, denied, or reversed transaction does not create a right to paid digital content unless Ngaos expressly grants access.
If payment is successfully completed but access is not automatically activated, contact support and provide your account email and Order ID. Ngaos may verify the transaction and restore the appropriate entitlement manually.
8. Digital Entitlements and My Library
Paid audiobook access is linked to the Ngaos account used for the purchase. Once a valid entitlement is active, the audiobook may appear in My Library.
Entitlements may also be granted manually by Ngaos for testing, promotions, review copies, customer support, gifts, or other legitimate purposes.
Ngaos may revoke an entitlement if it was created by fraud, abuse, an invalid or reversed payment, an administrative error, or a material violation of these Terms.
9. Promo Codes and Discounts
Ngaos may offer promo codes, vouchers, discounts, campaigns, or special pricing from time to time. Promo codes may be subject to conditions including validity dates, eligible products, maximum uses, per-user limits, minimum purchase requirements, and other campaign rules.
Promo codes have no cash value, may not be resold, and may be cancelled or refused where misuse, fraud, duplication, or technical error is detected. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
10. Refunds, Returns, and Payment Issues
Physical-product returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on the Website.
Digital audiobook purchases may be treated differently from physical goods because access can be activated immediately after successful payment. Eligibility for a digital refund will depend on applicable law, the payment status, whether access has been delivered or used, and the circumstances of the request.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid more than once, or did not receive purchased access, contact Ngaos support promptly with the relevant Order ID.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
11. Streaming, Internet, and Device Requirements
Audiobooks may be streamed from Ngaos infrastructure or third-party infrastructure. Internet access may be required, and your mobile or internet provider may charge data fees.
Playback quality and availability can be affected by connectivity, device settings, maintenance, service interruptions, or third-party infrastructure. Ngaos will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
12. Listening Progress, Bookmarks, and Sync
The App may save listening progress, bookmarks, purchased-library access, and related preferences. When signed in, certain data may be synchronized with your Ngaos account. When using the App as a guest, some data may exist only on the device and may be lost if the App is removed, device data is cleared, or the device is replaced.
13. Intellectual Property
The Website, App, Ngaos name and branding, original designs, original Tadabbur content, software interface, graphics, text, and other Ngaos-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for their intended personal purpose. No license is granted to use Ngaos trademarks, branding, designs, or copyrighted materials except as expressly permitted in writing.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, private audio, servers, or payment systems;
- exploit bugs, promo codes, payment flows, or technical errors for improper benefit;
- introduce malware, abusive automation, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or other harmful code or traffic;
- impersonate Ngaos or another user; or
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, hosting or database providers, social platforms, and external websites. Ngaos is not responsible for the independent content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
16. Suspension and Termination
Ngaos may restrict or suspend access to an account or feature where reasonably necessary to address security risks, fraud, payment abuse, intellectual-property violations, unlawful activity, or serious breaches of these Terms.
Where practical, Ngaos will attempt to resolve legitimate customer-access issues through support.
17. Changes to the Services
Ngaos may improve, add, remove, or modify features, content, pricing, technical systems, or availability from time to time. Beta features may change during testing.
Where a material change affects these Terms, Ngaos may update the effective date and publish the revised Terms on the Website.
18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Ngaos does not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ngaos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the Services. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through Ngaos support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled through the competent forum provided by applicable law.
