Information We May Collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. Account Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you create or use a Ngaos account, we may process information such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>email address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>account identifier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>authentication and session information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>account status; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information necessary to support account recovery or security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passwords are handled through our authentication provider and are not intended to be stored by Ngaos in readable form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Purchase and Transaction Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you purchase a product or paid audiobook, we may process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product or audiobook purchased;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original price, discount, promo code, and final amount;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment status and transaction status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment-provider reference data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>date and time of the transaction; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entitlement or access status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be processed by <strong>Midtrans<\/strong> or another payment provider. Ngaos does not intentionally store your complete card number, CVV, banking password, or other full payment credentials handled directly by the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. App Activity and Preferences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The App may store or process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>audiobook listening progress;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chapter position and completion status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>saved\/bookmarked Tadabbur articles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>My Library entitlements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>playback preferences such as auto-play and skip duration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>synchronization status; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other settings required to provide App functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are signed in, certain information may be synchronized to your Ngaos account. When using the App as a guest, some information may remain only on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D. Support Communications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, social media, or another support channel, we may receive the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, message, Order ID, screenshots, and other information needed to investigate your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E. Website and Technical Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you use the Website or App, technical systems may process information such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>browser or device type;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operating system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>approximate timestamps;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security and error logs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request metadata; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cookies or similar technologies used by the Website where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may use this information for security, troubleshooting, performance, and service improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How We Use Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may use information to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>create and maintain Ngaos accounts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>authenticate users and protect account security;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>process Website orders and digital purchases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confirm payment status and prevent payment fraud;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grant, restore, or revoke audiobook entitlements where appropriate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide My Library and private paid-audio access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>synchronize bookmarks and listening progress;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>validate promo codes and campaign limits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respond to customer-support requests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diagnose technical problems and improve the Services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prevent misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, and security incidents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or dispute-resolution obligations; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate important service, account, or policy updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where required by applicable law, we will rely on an appropriate legal basis such as performance of a contract, consent, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments for eligible purchases may be handled by <strong>Midtrans<\/strong> or another payment provider selected by Ngaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment providers receive and process information necessary to complete the transaction. Their handling of personal information is also subject to their own privacy policies and security practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngaos typically receives transaction status, identifiers, amounts, and related payment metadata needed to determine whether an order is paid and whether digital access should be activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Supabase and Service Infrastructure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngaos currently uses <strong>Supabase<\/strong> for parts of the App backend, which may include authentication, database services, synchronization, storage, and server-side functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information processed through these systems may include account identifiers, email addresses, bookmarks, listening progress, audiobook entitlements, transaction records, promo-code usage, content metadata, and technical logs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paid audiobook files may be stored in private storage and delivered through controlled or time-limited access methods rather than as permanently public links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may change service providers as Ngaos evolves, provided we continue to take reasonable steps to protect personal information and comply with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cookies and Website Technologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, security, shopping features, preferences, analytics, or integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where consent is required by applicable law, we will seek the appropriate consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies can affect Website functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngaos uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples may include authenticated access, private storage for paid audio, server-side payment verification, restricted administrative access, and time-limited access links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for protecting your device, email account, and Ngaos login credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Your Choices and Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or a copy of certain personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>update account information through available account features;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remove local bookmarks or listening progress through App controls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stop using the Services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manage browser cookies; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact Ngaos to request help with account or privacy matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law, necessary to complete an ongoing transaction, prevent fraud, establish legal claims, or protect the rights of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a privacy request, email <strong><a href=\"mailto:support@ngaosbook.web.id\">support@ngaosbook.web.id<\/a><\/strong>.
