Each order is carefully prepared and packed with love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please read our refund and return policy below before making a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only accept returns or replacements if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An incorrect item was sent by our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return requests must be submitted within <strong>3 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping Damage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery process lies with the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngaos is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help with the claim process, we are happy to provide proof of shipment or any supporting information if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept returns or refunds for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect product selection by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused during shipping by the courier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital products (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return request has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please allow <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Ngaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>International Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an item is returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quality Promise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every Ngaos product is carefully inspected before shipping. Minor variations in color, texture, or paper appearance may occur due to the printing process and natural materials.
